   The purpose of these general sales conditions is to define the conditions in which ai-client.com provides its customers with a dematerialized service.
2. Products and prices
   The products offered for sale are dematerialized services. Their description is available on the ai-client.com website. Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. They may be changed at any time by ai-client.com. Products are invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of validation of the order.
3. Order
   The customer confirms the order by clicking on the “Ceckout” button after filling in the necessary information and providing payment details. This click constitutes acceptance of these general sales conditions. ai-client.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.
4. Payment
   Payment is made by credit card only. The amount is debited at the time of order validation. Stancer guarantees the security of all payments made on the ai-client.com website by using a secure payment system.
5. Withdrawal
   In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution started after the prior express consent of the consumer and renunciation of his right of withdrawal. Therefore, the dematerialized services provided by ai-client.com are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

   As part of order management, ai-client.com collects personal data from its customers. This data is necessary for order management and the commercial relationship between ai-client.com and its customers. It is not communicated to third parties.    ai-client.com provides no guarantees regarding the services provided, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
   The liability of ai-client.com can only be engaged for direct damages caused by its proven fault. ai-client.com cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of data, loss of work time or commercial opportunity.
10. Disputes and applicable law
    These general sales conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or their performance will be submitted to the competent courts.
